ATSAM2133B Low-power Integrated Synthesizer with Effects and Built-in RAM
ATSAM2195 Low-power Single-chip Synthesizer with Effects
The ATSAM2195 is a complete, single-chip, low-cost MIDI sound system. It requires only input of standard MIDI signals by its serial or parallel input and provides stereo audio output. It includes state-of-the-art sound synthesis using a full GM sound set together with a range of compatible effects. Its low power consumption makes it ideal for all battery-powered applications, such as portable Karaokes or any other device using MIDI synthesis.
ATSAM2533 Low-power Synthesizer with Effects and Built-in RAM
The ATSAM2533 is a low cost derivative of the ATSM97xx series. It retains the same high quality synthesis with up to 64 voices polyphony.
The highly integrated architecture from ATSAM2533 combines a specialized high performance RISC-based digital signal processor (Synthesis/DSP) and a general purpose 16-bit CISC-based control processor on a single chip. An on-chip memory management unit (MMU) allows the synthesis/DSP and the control processor to share external ROM and/or RAM memory devices. An intelligent peripheral I/O interface function handles other I/O interfaces, such as the 8-bit parallel, the on-chip MIDI UART, and the CODEC control interface, with minimum intervention from the control processor.
ATSAM2553 Integrated Digital Musical Instrument
The ATSAM2553 integrates into a single chip a SAM core (64-slots DSP + 16-bit processor), a 32K x 16 RAM, an LCD display interface and a scanner allowing direct connection to velocity sensitive keyboards, switches, LEDs and sliders. With addition of a single external ROM or Flash and a stereo DAC, a complete low cost musical instrument can be built, including reverb and chorus effects, parametric equalizer, surround effects, orchestrations, pitch bend, wheel controller, without compromising on sound quality.
ATSAM3108B Eight-channel Multiprocessing Audio DSP
The ATSAM3108B is a member of the new ATSAM3000 family that uses DSP array technology. The ATSAM3108B includes eight 24-bit DSPs, a 24-bit Audio Router and a general-purpose 16-bit on-chip CISC microcontroller. Its high performance and flexibility with 8-input/8-output channels enables implementation of audio applications in professional-quality sound production such as effect processing and digital mixing. A variety of I/Os, including, SmartMedia™ and DataFlash® are provided. Sampling rates up to 96 kHz at 24 bits are supported.
ATSAM3303B GM-Lite Synthesizer/Professional Effect DSP
The ATSAM3303B is a member of the new ATSAM3000 family that uses the DSP array technology. The ATSAM3303B includes three 24-bit DSPs, a 24-bit Audio Router and a general-purpose 16-bit on-chip CISC microcontroller. Its high performance and flexibility allow implementation of professional-quality audio applications, such as MP3 decoding, Wavetable synthesis, effect processing and mixing. A variety of I/Os, including external Wave ROM, SmartMedia™ and DataFlash® are provided. Sampling rates up to 96 kHz at 24 bits are supported.
ATSAM3308B Multi-purpose Audio DSP
The ATSAM3308B is a member of the new ATSAM3000 family that uses the DSP array technology. The ATSAM3308B includes eight 24-bit DSPs, a 24-bit Audio Router and a general-purpose 16-bit on-chip CISC microcontroller. Its high performance and flexibility with 8-input/8-output channels enables implementation of audio applications in professional-quality sound production such as MP3 decoding with time stretch and pitch control, concurrent Wavetable synthesis, effect processing and digital mixing. A variety of I/Os, including external Wave ROM, SmartMedia® and DataFlash® are provided. Sampling rates up to 96 kHz at 24 bits are supported.
ATSAM3703 High-performance Low-cost Effect Processor
The ATSAM3703 is a new member of the SAM3000 family of sound synthesis/processing ICs that uses the DSP array technology. It is designed for superior quality sound processing. The 16-bit processor has new instructions and a C compiler for quicker reliable firmware development. Total compatibility is maintained with the other members of the family. Applications written for the ATSAM3703 can be burned into the built-in Flash memory. This memory has specific features to avoid external read of the coded data, thus ensuring very effective copy protection.
