AT73C203 The AT73C203 is a low-cost, ultra low-power, power and battery management IC designed to interface directly with portable and hand-held applications built around microprocessors requiring smart power management functions. It includes all required power supplies tailored to be fully compatible with the sub-systems of these datacom platforms, including the core, peripherals, SPI control interface, SIM interface, etc.
AT73C204 The AT73C204 provides an integrated power management solution for the add-on features in new-generation mobile phones. These features include a camera module, sound system for polyphonic ringing tones, memory module for downloaded MP3 files, Bluetooth module for cordless headset, etc. It is suitable for any telecommunications standard: GSM/GPRS, PDS, CDMA, CDMA2000, WCDMA or UMTS.
AT73C209

The AT73C209 Analog Companion power supply and audio interface IC is designed for low-cost music players. It supplies the required voltages and currents to all the sections of these portable devices taking energy from a single alkaline battery, and also provides a high-quality audio interface.

The AT73C209 integrates power management and high-quality audio circuitry on a single chip. It has 2 linear regulators (LDO) and one very low input voltage and high-efficiency Step Up switching regulator (DC-DC) working down to 0.9V, thus particularly suited for single cell Alkaline/NiMh batteries. On the audio side, the AT73C209 offers an audio-quality 16-bit Stereo Audio DAC with headset driver and microphone preamplifier to interface with the recording stage of an MCU.

AT73C211 The AT73C211 is a power management device for digital, analog, interface, and RF and backup sections of add-on modules used as accessories in popular handheld devices such as mobile phones, digital still cameras, PDAs and a wide range of multimedia devices.
AT73C212 The AT73C212 Power Management Unit for mid-level multimedia modules integrates in a single IC the power management circuitry for camera and sound sections in feature phones.
AT73C213B The AT73C213B is a fully integrated, low-cost combined stereo audio DAC and audio amplifier circuit targeted for Li-ion or Ni-Mh battery-powered devices such as mobile phones, smartphones, PDA, DECT phones, digital still cameras or any other type of handheld device where an audio interface is needed.
AT73C224 The AT73C224 Analog Companion Power Management Unit supplies the required voltages and currents to the main sections of generic 32-bit MCU-based applications including MCU core, memory, I/O, USB host and interfaces. The AT73C224 outputs four power supply channels. One Step Down DC to DC converter supplies a 0.9V to 3.4V programmable output voltage, one Step Up DC to DC converter supplies 5.2V or higher output voltage, and two linear regulators (LDO) supply programmable output voltages from 1.3V to 3.3V. Additionally, a Real Time Clock (RTC) is integrated together with a very low current (1uA) crystal oscillator and backup battery management system.
AT73C237 The AT73C237 is a 4-channel Power Supply Power Management Unit (PMU) available in a QFN 3 x 3 mm package. It is a fully integrated, low cost, combined Power Management device for wireless modules, GPS and WLAN devices. It integrates four Linear Low Drop Out (LDO) Regulators, three of which provide high-accuracy RF performance and one (LDO4) with very low quiescent current that is supplied by an external backup battery. The AT73C237 features a Two-wire Interface (TWI) to increase the efficiency of the system by disabling LDOs when not needed.
AT73C239 The AT73C239 is a 4-channel Power Supply Power Management Unit (PMU) available in a QFN 3 x 3 mm package. The AT73C239 features a Two-wire Interface (TWI) to increase the efficiency of the system by disabling LDOs when not needed.
AT73C240 The AT73C240 Audio Companion Chip is targeted at portable applications where a high-quality audio interface is required, such as new-generation mobile phones, PDAs, palmtop computers, digital still cameras, portable multimedia devices and music players, etc. The AT73C240 integrates a high-performance 20-bit stereo audio digital-to-analog converter (DAC) delivering a dynamic range up to 90dB, an audio power amplifier that delivers up to 1W and a 32-Ohm stereo headset driver with programmable volume control and mute function. The stereo DAC comprises a multi-bit sigma-delta modulator with dither, continuous time analog filters and analog output drive circuitry. The master clock is 256 or 384 times the sampling frequency, allowing the choice of input data rate up to 50 kHz, including standard audio rates of 48, 44.1, 32, 16 and 8 kHz. The stereo 32-Ohm headset drivers also include a mixer for a pair of stereo inputs.
