AT69170E The AT69170E is an electrically erasable and re-programmable RadHard memory organized as 4Mx1bit. It is an easy-to-use and cost-effective configuration memory for space Field Programmable Grid Array (FPGA).
AT17LV010-10DP FPGA Configuration EEPROM packaged in the 28-pin 400 mils wide FP package.
This device works with the AT40KEL040.
AT40KEL040 Rad Hard Reprogrammable FPGA with FreeRAM, up to 50K usable gates and 18Kbit SRAM

The AT40KEL040 also offers the ability to implement Cache LogicŪ design, where part of the FPGA can be re-programmed without loss of register data, while the remainder of the FPGA continues to operate without disruption.

ATF280E The ATF280E is a radiation hardened SRAM-based reprogrammable FPGA. It has been especially designed for space application by implementing hardened cells and permanent self integrity check mechanism.
There is no need for use of mitigation techniques such as triple-modular redundancy (TMR).
It offers 280K equivalent ASIC gates and 115Kb of RAM.

Rad Hard Processors
AT697E Rad Hard 32-bit SPARC V8 embedded processor. The implementation is based on the European Space Agency (ESA) LEON2 fault tolerant model.

The AT697E is delivered in a MCGA349 package as well as in a MQFPF256 package. The AT697E engineering models are available.

The AT697E MCGA349 and AT697E MQFPF256 are available in military quality flow (QML-Q) as well in space level B quality flow*.

AT697F Rad Hard 32-bit SPARC V8 embedded processor. The implementation is based on the European Space Agency (ESA) LEON2 fault tolerant model.

The AT697F is second version of the AT697 processor; it has improved radiation capabilities, up to 300 krads, and corrects all the bugs described in the AT697E errata sheet.

The AT697F version is pinout compatible with the AT697E. The AT697F engineering models are available now. The AT697F processor flight models will be delivered tested to either QML Q&V or ESCC quality flows. The AT697F will be delivered in a MCGA349 package as well as in a MQFPF256 package.
AT7913E The AT7913E is based on a LEON2-FT SPARC v8 processor core together with a wide range of interfaces. The AT7913E RTC (SpaceWire Remote Terminal Controller) is a bridge between the SpaceWire network and the CAN bus.
