AVR-based Microcontroller
AT90SCR100 AVR microcontroller with 64 Kbytes of Flash, 4 Kbytes of EEPROM, 1 Kbytes of SRAM. It also features USB controller device (8 end points) and Host (ISO7816-12 supported), Serial Interface (including USART,TWI,SPI and High Speed SPI), Smart Card Interface ISO 7816 compliant, DC/DC converter (Class A,B,C supported), 20x8 GPIOs for keyboard and Hardware AES and RNG.
AT90SCR050 AVR microcontroller with 16 Kbytes of ROM, 768 bytes of SRAM. It features USB controller device (8 end points), USART Serial Interface , Smart Card Interface ISO 7816 compliant, DC/DC converter (Class A,B,C supported), 2 timers and 1 GPIO.
