The AT88CK201STK starter kit (new for CryptoRF) includes a reader board for CryptoRF AT88CK201STK.
AT88CK201STK is a complete solution for extending microcontroller systems with secure HF RFID capability for preventing counterfeiting of medical and consumable products, tracking and recording chain of ownership, access control, and convenient storage of configuration and sensitive data.

Measuring only (31.9mm x 24.8mm) for reader circuitry only or (72.2mm x 24.8mm) including the reference antenna, the AT88CK201STK especially targets space constrained applications like portable and handheld devices. Used with CryptoRF, gadgets like game consoles, appliances like medical robotic handles and similar applications can now securely pair with respective cartridges and surgical heads while confidentially sharing history or configuration information without the hassles of wired connectivity. At the core of the HF RFID reference design is Atmel's AT88RF1354 HF RFID reader IC that supports ISO 14443 Type B open standards for 13.56MHz RFID communications.
